April Dunford is an experienced product positioning expert and author of “Obviously Awesome: How to Nail Product Positioning so Customers Get It, Buy It, Love It.”.

An experienced startup executive with a deep interest in how companies bring new offerings to market and get them into the hands of customers that are willing to pay for them, she has launched 16 products into market as an executive while working with IBM, Sprint.ly etc. and a dozen more as consultant for startups by creating new markets, expanding markets and positioning new products in existing established markets. .

Michael Perry is Director of Product, Marketing Technology at Shopify. In his role, he specialises in product development for SMBs related to tools that simplify the marketing process.

An entrepreneur himself, Perry founded Kit, the virtual employee app for small businesses, which was acquired by Shopify in 2016. Previously, Michael founded GVING, which helps small businesses manage, reward and engage consumers through a merchant CRM system. He has also been recognized as Forbes Top 30 under 30 in Marketing and Inc. Magazines Top 10 influencers in the Chatbot space.
